TT EXCLUSIVE– Pompeii and Amalfi
Taussig Travel invites you to join us for an exclusive four-day small-group tour to ancient Pompeii and the captivating Amalfi Coast. The tour can be customized for your group and enable you to experience Southern Italy’s historic and scenic highlights from a base in Sorrento, on the Gulf of Naples. This itinerary can be connected to our Essential Italy itinerary.
Itinerary
Day 1 – Depart Rome for Sorrento
- Rest and explore your surroundings.
Day 2 – Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius Tour
- Take a full-day tour of the ruins of Pompeii and to the volcanic crater at the top of Mount Vesuvius.
Day 3 – Amalfi Coast Tour
- Take a full-day bus tour of the gorgeous Amalfi Coast with stops in Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello.
Day 4 – Conclusion of Tour
- Transfer to Naples airport or train station for return or further travel.
Cost
The price for the most recent departure, in April 2026, was $999 per person based on double occupancy. Breakfasts are included, with accommodations in a 4-star central hotel. Group size is limited to 12 participants.
